Rise Before 6AM

Every single day. No sleeping in, no snooze buttons, no exceptions. The morning is yours before the world wakes up — protect it. This is where the glow starts.

Read Your Scripture

Daily. One verse, one chapter, one devotion — however you connect. Ground yourself in the Word before the noise starts. This is the anchor that holds everything else.

Complete One Book

One full book over the 40 days. You choose it. Read with intention. Your mind deserves to be fed just as much as your body. Finish it by Day 40.

Move for 30 Minutes

At least 30 minutes of intentional physical activity every single day. Walk, train, stretch, swim, dance — just move your body with purpose. No rest days.

Eat Clean. No Alcohol.

Fuel your glow from the inside. Whole foods, real choices, intentional eating. And no alcohol for all 40 days — not one sip. Your body is doing the work; honor it.

Miss one rule on any day? You start over at Day 1. All 40 days must be completed consecutively and fully. That's what makes the glow earned — not given.
